The project is part of a national program launched by the Dafabet promo code Authority for the development of land plots in various Dafabet promo code in Egypt.
It is located within the precinct of Beit Al-Watan area in New Cairo Districts 5, 6, 7, and 8 over a land area of 9,093,000 m2. This area is classified as a residential & commercial development with some public services. The project aims at preparing design studies for the internal road network, potable water& firefighting network, wastewater & storm water network, irrigation water network, and electrical infrastructure works.
