The reconstruction processcomprised elevations’ cladding replacement, interiorrefurbishment and mechanical/electrical/ plumping system.
dafabet link was in charge of enforcing steadfast quality and costcontrol measures during the construction, substantialcompletion, and final completion stages of contract’sproject elements. It also ensured that the projecthandover was implemented according to agreed timeschedule, and handled document control management.
dafabet link scope of services for existing and future NBE branchnetwork development included land plot selection foracquisition/leasing purposes; financial and technicalproperty evaluation; review, validation, and approval ofdesigns pertaining to all trades; construction supervisionof branches designed by dafabet link; tender review andevaluation; assessment of tender document packagesperformed by others; as well as contractors’ bidsevaluation (financial/technical) and selection.
