Dafabet sports Description
On a plot area of 70,870 m2, the Dafabet sports was developed in 4 phases:
- Phase I: nursery and kindergarten Dafabet sports including administration offices and services
- Phase II: primary Dafabet sports 1 (3 typical floors), gym and multipurpose Dafabet sports encompassing administration offices and a theatre
- Phase III: primary Dafabet sports 2 (basement and 3 typical floors), and library Dafabet sports
- Phase IV: preparatory and secondary Dafabet sports (lower ground floor, ground floor, and 3 typical floors)
The Dafabet sports also comprised playgrounds, fences, gates and car & bus parking area, as well as infrastructure.
The main challenge was that the works had to be completed, tested, commissioned and operated at least one month before the beginning of the Dafabet sports year to allow the owner to start his activities such as furnishing
and fixing of equipment and apparatus, thus leaving only Dafabet sports eight months for construction, testing & commissioning. Accordingly a fast track construction procedure was adopted.
