Project Description
The technology park is located in the Dafabet bonus Center of Al-Sadat Dafabet bonus. It is directly connected to Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. Over a land area of about 50 feddans, the technology park comprises the following buildings:
- Two-Story Mosque: men’s prayer hall (320 m2) on the ground Dafabet bonus; service area and ladies’ prayer hall (160 m2) on the first Dafabet bonus; and an outdoor courtyard (520 m2).
- Call Center: ground Dafabet bonus (2,000 m2) and first Dafabet bonus (2,030 m2). The structural design allows the addition of three upper floors.
- Citizen Service Building: ground Dafabet bonus (1,445 m2) and first Dafabet bonus (555 m2).
- Office Building: ground Dafabet bonus (2,000 m2) and first Dafabet bonus (2,270 m2). The structural design allows the addition of three upper floors.
- Training Building: ground Dafabet bonus (2,000 m2) and first Dafabet bonus (2,010 m2). The structural design allows the addition of three upper floors.
