Project Description
Stretching over 5.5 million square meters, dafabet sports is strategically located at km 45 on the Cairo– Suez Road, and aims to provide high-end housing services.
dafabet sports has a perfect mix of urban-to-suburban exposure, with a wide variety of spaces and units, ranging from apartments to S-villas/Townhouses, among others, set amidst a sprawling lush green landscape.
The project covers two islands dedicated to residential purposes (shell & core):
- S1: with a land dafabet sports 224,743 m2, and a dafabet sports 225,271 m2, for 76 apartment buildings with a dafabet sports 145,510 m2, and 148 villas with a dafabet sports 79,762 m2.
- S2: with a land dafabet sports 531,239 m2, and a dafabet sports 318,939 m2, for 118 apartment buildings with a dafabet sports 255,889 m2, 115 villas with a dafabet sports 61,050 m2, and a clubhouse with a dafabet sports 2000 m2 .
