Project Description
The project is located in 6th of October as a part of The Crown (190 acres) land. It stretches on a dafabet land area of 40,000 m2 and consists of the following:
- Main Building including a basement, ground, and 2 floors with a total dafabet 22,613 m2;
- ELS Building including a ground floor with a dafabet 1,580 m2;
- Substation Building with dafabet 146 m2;
- Guard building with a dafabet approximately 26 m2, fences with a dafabet length of 800 m, and gates; and
- Courts, parking areas, and landscape with a dafabet 28,722 m2.
