Project Description
Mivida site is located in New Cairo in the vicinity of the American University in Cairo new campus. The community centers occupy dafabet app 46 & dafabet app 47, each with a land area of approximately 10,200 m2.
Each dafabet app contains a clubhouse and a mosque. The clubhouse encompasses a ground floor on a footprint area of 1,550 m2, first floor with an dafabet app 1,170 m2, and a roof with an dafabet app 55 m2. The mosque comprises a ground floor on a footprint dafabet app 410 m2, mezzanine with a floor dafabet app 145 m2, and a roof with an dafabet app 11 m2.
