The project is part of a national program launched by the Dafabet sports Authority for the development of land plots in various Dafabet sports in Egypt.
It is located within the precinct of Beit Al-Watan area in New Cairo Districts 5, 6, 7, and 8 over a land area of 9,093,000 m2. This area is classified as a residential & commercial development with some public services. The project aims at preparing design studies for the internal road network, potable water& firefighting network, wastewater & storm water network, irrigation water network, and electrical infrastructure works.
