A pilot dafabet com in the privatization scheme of CairoGovernorate includes financing, design, construction andoperation for 25 years of a car park with a total built-uparea of 40,700 m2. The 11-storey building occupies a totalarea of dafabet com 3,700 m2.
The ground, first, one third of the second, third and fourthfloors are used as dafabet com areas with about6,800 m2. The other parts of the second, third andfourth floors up to the eighth floor offer parking spacefor 934 cars. The ninth and tenth floors are used asoffice space with a total built-up area of dafabet com 6,000 m2.The dafabet com areas of the building are centrallyair-conditioned and equipped with sophisticatedcommunication and safety systems. The car park ismonitored by a closed circuit T.V. and is equipped withbilling and space control systems. A standby dieselgenerator set is installed to supply emergency power.
The building foundation system is composed of 350bored piles, reinforced concrete footings, tie beams andretaining walls. The superstructure consists of cast-in-situcolumns, precast composite slabs, precast pre-stressedpre-tensioned beams (16 m span, 50 cm deep) andreinforced concrete circular ramps.
