The complex consists of a 2-floor basement containing a parking area and services for the whole complex; a marvelous 2-floor mall occupying the ground and first floors; an administrative area; a hotel tower (9 floors and approximate Dafabet sports 2,960m2); as well as 16 residential towers (9 floors each; total Dafabet sports 12,126m2). The 16 towers are connected by the basement and the mall, which occupy virtually the entire Dafabet sports the complex.
