]]> ECG was invited to “Bridging the Gap II” event in Qatar, which was jointly organized by the College of Engineering of Qatar University, and Lean Construction Institute-Qatar (LCI-Q).

Mr. Omar Bahgat represented ECG as a speaker at the event that took place on Wednesday, January 22 2020 at W Hotel, Doha, and was sponsored exclusively by Qatari Diar.

The main aspirations behind this event are bridging the gap between academia and industry; discussing problems, issues, and challenges facing the construction industry in Qatar; building better connections between researchers and industry stakeholders; and identifying areas of collaboration in future researches and education.

ECG received Qatar University prestigious Employer Recognition Award in appreciation of the company’s contribution in the summer training Program of the university students for 4 years in a row now.

During the event, Mr. Bahgat presented the “University to Work” Program and received a recognition award withholding ECG’s role in supporting the academic sector in Qatar.
