]]> On the 10th of September 2018, during the 10th UTW Graduation Ceremony, ECG Vice President & UTW founder Dr. Nevine AbdelKhalek, and Deputy Chair of Alexandria Businessmen Association (ABA) Dr. Mohamed Mosaad Moharram, signed a new memorandum of understanding to launch the “School to Work” program by which advanced technical schools graduates in Alexandria will be trained in the technical and professional skills that qualify them for the labor market in the field of construction and building.

Through this professional development program, architectural school graduates will gain the qualifications required for draftsman jobs, while commercial school graduates will gain the qualifications required for document control/site secretary openings.

]]> The Military Production Company for Projects is seeking engineering consultancy services for the Ministry of Health’s healthcare projects; and due to the extensive track record for a variety of successful large scale projects which have been awarded to Engineering Consulting Group (ECG), a protocol was signed between ECG and The National Military Production – Military Production Company for Projects to cooperate in the projects of the Egyptian Ministry of Health.

The cooperation includes the assessment of ECG with providing design and construction supervision services over the Egyptian Ministry of Health projects.

]]> On 28 March 2016, ECG Vice President & “University to Work” Project Manager Dr. Nevine AbdelKhalek attended a ceremony marking the launch of Project “Entaleq,” the first mobile application and website enabling individuals with special needs to navigate accessible places in Cairo. The project is developed by the non-profit Helm in partnership with Vodafone Egypt Foundation. The launching ceremony was attended by Minister of Communications & Information Technology Yasser Al-Kady and Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Ghada Wali.

During the ceremony, Dr. AbdelKhalek revealed that ECG is in the process of signing a cooperation protocol with Helm for a training program qualifying ECG Engineers and “University to Work” graduates to be building accessibility excellence assessors.
