The area of Bawabat Makkah covers approximately 83 km<sup>2<\/sup> &nbsp;of land and will have an estimated population of 690,000.<\/p>\n<p>Sumou Real Estate Development Company is developing the Dhahiat Sumou Project within Bawabat Makkah. The company has entered into a joint venture with Bawabat Makkah Company to develop the first mixed- use development in the new suburb. When complete, the development will be a major attraction in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, with the responsibility of setting a standard for the future development of the whole suburb of Bawabat Makkah.<\/p>\n<p>On a plot area of 12,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> &nbsp;and with a built-up area of 1,500 m<sup>2<\/sup> , the building is designed to be cost-effective, creative, unique, and appropriate to Makkah&rsquo;s culture and climate.
