{"id":3039,"date":"2017-03-09T13:12:24","date_gmt":"2019-12-10T11:41:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecgsa.com\/?project=smart-village-school"},"modified":"2020-02-12T14:40:55","modified_gmt":"2020-02-12T14:40:55","slug":"smart-village-school","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.ecgsa.com\/project\/smart-village-school\/","title":{"rendered":"Smart Village School"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On a plot area of 70,870 m2, the project was developed in 4 phases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Phase I:<\/strong> nursery and kindergarten building including administration offices and services<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase II:<\/strong> primary building 1 (3 typical floors), gym and multipurpose building encompassing administration offices and a theatre<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase III:<\/strong> primary building 2 (basement and 3 typical floors), and library building<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phase IV:<\/strong> preparatory and secondary building (lower ground floor, ground floor, and 3 typical floors)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project also comprised playgrounds, fences, gates and car &amp; bus parking area, as well as infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The main challenge was that the works had to be completed, tested, commissioned and operated at least one month before the beginning of the school year to allow the owner to start his activities such as furnishing<br \/>and fixing of equipment and apparatus, thus leaving only about eight months for construction, testing &amp; commissioning.
