The office building of the shareholding corporation e-finance is located in Smart Village over a plot area of 1,200 m2. With a total built-up area of 10,500 m2, the building consists of a three-level basement (each level over 1,900 m2), ground floor (1,200 m2), and three typical floors (each 1,200 m2). Basement Levels 1 and 2 are designated for car parking (80 parking slots).

The building, which overlooks Smart Village Club, accommodates various facilities that include a data center, prayer room, cafeteria, IT rooms, boardrooms, meeting rooms, and office spaces, as well as an outdoor parking area (28 parking slots).

ECG created a unique design that reflects e-finance’s identity and stature in today’s competitive market. The design follows a sleek, high-tech approach that adopts the main theme of Smart Village. It adds character through bold colors; incorporates different materials (such as metal and glass); and employs energy-saving and cost-efficient solutions.

Space planning puts to use the concept of divisible office spaces in such a way that fulfills office space requirements. Ceiling-high partitions are also provided for privacy and sound control purposes. Meanwhile, most building services are located in the core, which gives rise to an unobstructed view from office spaces through the glazed elevations. These latter allow natural lighting inside the building through louvers and glass panels, thus creating an innovation-stimulating work environment indoors.

The landscape design developed for the building unveils softcape and hardscape elements matching the prevailing landscape theme in Smart Village. The building’s main entrance plaza has two sidelong rows of palm trees, as well as middlemost water features.

[556,557,558,568,559,569,560,561,566
93,71,86
817,638,641,637,649,650,646
227,228
