{"id":5497,"date":"2019-04-01T13:25:00","date_gmt":"2019-04-01T13:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ecgsa.com\/?project=governmental-district-at-new-capital-2"},"modified":"2022-08-30T07:51:17","modified_gmt":"2022-08-30T07:51:17","slug":"governmental-district-at-new-capital-2","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.ecgsa.com\/project\/governmental-district-at-new-capital-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Governmental District At New Capital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Governmental District is a multi-building master-plan project, in which sustainable design strives to create not only a dynamic experience between two architectural elements, but also positions itself to fashion an enlivened pedestrian experience with a comfortable interior and exterior microclimate for users.<br \/>\nThe location of the Governmental District is key due to it is central location adjoining the presidential palace, business center, and the diplomatic district, which provides a strong link to the significant zones, with a total built-up area of approximately 1,580,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>.
