The project comprises two zones (N1 and N6A); including two podiums, two five-star hotel towers operated by \u201cThe Address\u201d, and two four-star hotel towers operated by \u201cHilton\u201d. The zones are distinguished by their unique location at the entrance of JODP; as part of the Northern Zone.<\/p>\n
Zone N1 encompasses three towers and a podium as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n Tower H01A \u2018\u2018The Address\u2019\u2019: A five-star hotel (741 keys) comprising 42 floors, and a penthouse; with a total BUA of 88,803 m2<\/sup><\/p>\n On a land area of 15,035 m2, and with a total BUA of 151,698 m2<\/sup>; the podium consists of 11 floors including a retail center, hotel lobbies, restaurants, public car park (4 levels and 424 slots), two private praying areas (700 and 70 persons), and water tanks.<\/p>\n Zone N6A includes a tower and a podium as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n On a land area of 5,470m2<\/sup>, and with a total BUA of 124,997m2<\/sup>; the podium consists of 9 floors encompassing a mall, reception floors (hotel lobbies and banquet hall), public car park (5 levels and 198 slots), and services & utilities.<\/p>\n Zones N1 and N6A are connected via a sky bridge used as a praying area. The bridge is linked to the two twin towers at the 37th<\/sup>, 38th<\/sup>, and 40th<\/sup> floors; with an elevation of 40 meters length, and at a height of 165 meters above the ground.<\/p>\n With an area of 550 m2<\/sup>, and a capacity of 520 persons; the main platform weights 270 tons, and the final load is up to 400 tons. It is designed to offer a complete vision with panoramic view of the Ka\u2019baa.<\/p>\n Additionally, the podiums of the two zones are interlinked via an underground tunnel below the pedestrian link.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":7900,"template":"","activity":[556,567,557,558,568,560,561,562,566],"country":[177,171],"scope":[641,871],"sector":[227,231],"yoast_head":"\n\n
